I was a pretty big Ali G fan when it first came out & the movie does look funny, but I'll wait to get it on Netflix... I do think they should have done a movie sooner if they wanted to capitalize on the sudden success of the show on HBO! On the other hand, when I heard the movie was coming out, I started wondering what happened to that guy. And now, the Ali G DVDs will probably sell better... I guess only the marketing people and the studio know for sure :ohno:

No, I haven't seen the movie yet and I haven't even seen the commercials for this movie. Although I have to say I have heard a lot good and bad critics about this movie. Am I wrong or is there a lot of adult scenes in this movie? What is the rating by the way?

It's rated R - I thought it was just language & maybe sexual content, but the description on IMDb says that there's graphic nudity too...

I haven't yet seen this movie but it looks like a very funny one, i saw on i think it was 20/20 a story about this movie and how he did things with the people and they didn't know that it was going to be on the movie, they had said things they didn't want people to hear but i didn't quite get the full story on that one.

Hilarious movie. One of the funnier of the 2006 times.

Borat Sagdiyev is a TV reporter of a popular show in Kazakhstan as Kazakhstan's sixth most famous man and a leading journalist. He is sent from his home to America by his government to make a documentary about American society and culture. Borat takes a course in New York City to understand American humor. While watching Baywatch on TV, Borat discovers how beautiful their women are in the form of C. J. Parker, who was played by actress Pamela Anderson who hails from Malibu, California. He decides to go on a cross-country road trip to California in a quest to make her his wife and take her back to his country. On his journey Borat and his producer encounter a country full of strange and wonderful Americans, real people in real chaotic situations with hysterical consequences. I have seen this movie, this is hilarious, if you still haven't seen this movie, you should watch it the first time to get, it is a little disgusting though but still a worth watching movie, its like documentary film about a man in Kazakistan who travels different countries of the world and the fun begins!
