My family has been getting into using their crock pots more & more and since my wife & I received one as a wedding gift this year, we've been looking for good recipes too... If you know of any you'd like to share, please post them here.

Here's a link to some provided by KCRA & AllRecipes.com:

I love to use the crock pot as well.  This is the perfect time of year for one.  Yesterday was a perfect day to use it, but I just didn't get around to it.  The next rainy day, I am going to make up some soup. Here's what I do. I just get whatever vegetables and herbs that look good and that are on sale, and throw them in.  Add a dash or two of olive oil and a good amount of stock or broth and let it go all day on low.  I'm a vegetarian, by the way.

I really love to do vegies in the <pot>. I do a lovely cauliflower soup with cheese in it. Just cut up your cauliflower and some onions and throw into the crock pot and slow cook for half a day and then  mix in some wonderful swiss cheese , a little half and half to smooth and wonderful soup.
