I've gone ahead and added a forum for Davis, CA for a couple of reasons. First, there are a lot of UC Davis students who live in the Sacramento area and a lot of people who work in and around Sacramento live in Davis. There is also another site with forums for Davis, CA out there, but it's been overrun by spam. Hopefully this will give people living, working and going to school in Davis a place to go
