An Elk Grove man has been arrested in connection with the murder of a 19-year-old.
Jonathon Hampton was arrested Saturday morning.
On Thursday, Jonathan Giurbino, 19, was found shot to death in the middle of a South Land Park street.
Giurbino was the son of former state prison warden George Giurbino.
He's now an associate director for the Department of Corrections.
