If you are a woman, then you might be at risk of becoming one more number on the rising statistics regarding violence against women.

Because we believe it is possible, and we strive to empower women against any kind of violence, we invite you to participate in this month long workshop. It is tailored and designed to provide women with the tools they need to be safe in today's environment.

Subjects to be covered are as follow:Self-awareness, weapons, escapes, strikes, takedowns, and how to avoid becoming a target.

Each course will have a guest speaker from one of the local Law Enforcement Agencies. They will share their personal experiences in the field, as well as giving invaluable advice to the participants.

Don’t be part of the statistics. Learn how to protect yourself!
