How you guys feeling bout the current situation of the world regarding obesity. i was watching something the other day about some 50 stone man who couldn't walk and they had to actually cut a hole in the side of his house to get him out....are people just getting to big now?

Well I have no idea how large 50 stones is, guessing 300 - 400 or so pounds and its just crazy . I dont understand how people can live with there selfs growing bigger and biggers. I think its a disease that these people have no control over. personally I make exercise and fitness a part of my day to day activities and plan to attend a triathlon in September.

fitness is something that has a key role in your success, I don't know about the stones that how much a stone is, but it definitely is a bigger figure then expected, if your BMI is normal there is lot less risk of developing so many diseases like heart problems, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes and the list goes on, so my advice to all people is that they should make their fitness a very high priority issue for them, and they should work on it if they want to live happily and healthy. Balance your diets and work out a lot.
