How many times have you heard a loud noise and looked to see what it was? It got your attention, right? With the economy being bad, attacks and robberys are increasing at a good rate, unfortually. Because it is increasing I think it would be great to have something that would draw attention to people to get help and possably to scare off the attacker when attacked or after an attack. A signal horn can do just that. I used to carry one in my boat with me in case I needed help but never needed to use it while boating or fishing, but used them to ring in the new year and let me tell you they are very very loud you can hear them a long distance away from you. They come in a 8 ounce can with the horn attached to it at the top and they are ready to use. You can buy them at boating, fishing and department stores like walmart.

I think that it is a good advice to have in the handbag a signal horn with the alarm purposes. It will help you not only to alert surrounding people about the attack on you but it can be used as a club during the battle with the attacker
