Jesuit High School Traffic Impact Study
Document Distribution Notice for Jesuit High School Chapel Use Permit
The Environmental Impact Report (EIR) was released today and the County has only allowed 20 days to respond. I have attached the notice and link to the report so you can download it. It is a lengthy report, 119 pages plus Jesuit's traffic, sound, and tree reports, so they will take awhile to read. We will have an extra copy of the report for people to borrow and copy if that is easier for you. I scanned the report quickly and it appears to accept Jesuit's plan with only a very few minor mitigations. It is important that the county receives written responses from everyone. WE are down to the wire on this and we need action now. Once the 20 review period is over, the county will compile the responses and a hearing before the County Planning Commission will be held, probably in November. The Planning Commission will make a decision which is final if not appealed to the Board of Supervisors. Time is running out.
