I tried to place an online order with Relles Florist, located on J Street, because I conveniently got a $5 off referral code via email and I was planning on sending flowers this week. So I reached the last page of the checkout process and never found a place to enter the referral code. What should have been a $31 bouquet turned into a $51 order without the discount. I called them up and spoke to a guy who supposedly fulfills the online orders and he said that he's received orders with the referral code. I went through the order process page by page and the field to enter it in was nowhere to be found. He couldn't even tell me what page it should be on. I should have paid closer attention to how the final total was reached because I can't recall how it added up to $51. $35.99 for bouquet, 7.99 for delivery, a couple bucks for tax & there's another $4 added in there for who knows what.
Anyway, Relles Florist lost my business because 1) the cost, 2) couldn't use code, 3) phone call resolved nothing and 4) they're FTD
