Sac State:
Winter Recess: Dec 21 to Jan 21
Campus Closed: Dec 24 to Jan 4 ?

Sac City:

I'm not sure about the college, in fact, I have a friend who studies in Sacarmento College, I want to know the time of his holiday, but I don't know which college exactly. I don't know even how to find him. I wish if I could find him. I wish to know if there is a way to know where he is now. I know his name and his department and I know that he studies in College in Sacarmento.

I don't know. He could also be going to American River College or even one further out. A lot of times people will say Sacramento because it's the 'known' bigger city.
